No Magic Neon™ tubes have a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. This warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship that causes the No Magic Neon™ tubes not to light. This warranty does not cover any, misuse, abuse or glass tube breakage for any reason! It does not cover any tube to tube end failure resulting from improper installation or improper handling of the tubes. This warranty is not transferable. Defective tubes are to be returned to No Magic Neon™ postage paid for warranty consideration. Replacement is limited to the defective tube only, and is not done in pairs. Replacement tubes are limited to color or materials available at time of replacement. Different production runs of colors, or discontinued manufacture of a color is not grounds for both tubes to be replaced. Closest color match at time of warranty consideration will be used in the replacement of defective units. This warranty is limited to tube replacement only, and does not cover any loss of use or any coincidental loss. This warranty does not cover any shipping charges to or from No Magic Neon, Inc.
